Petra is what has really put Jordan on the map. The city itself is built into some magnificent cliffs, and it casts a red hue over all of the landscape. The city begins after a long walk through the Siq gorge, when it opens out into Treasury square. From here, you can begin to navigate the remainder of this real beauty of Jordan. The capital of the country is also a real beauty of Jordan. You will never be short of things to see and do here. To begin with, climb the Jabal Amman, which is the biggest mountain in the city. From here, you can see some terrific views, as well as seeing some of the museums and galleries open on the mountain. The downtown center of Amman is a real delight. From here, you can visit the Grand Hosseini Mosque, the most important place of worship in the city. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and markets to while away a few hours. Another beauty of Jordan located in the downtown center is the Citadel. This is one of the world’s oldest inhabited places and was once occupied by the Romans. Due to this, you can see a Herculean temple. Another point of interest is the Umayyad temple, which is still being excavated to this day. If you want to see another architectural beauty of Jordan, make a stop at the Roman amphitheater. It is used as a concert hall today, which gives the performances an added touch.

Day 1: Arrive Amman

Our representative welcomes you at Queen Alia International Airport and assists you through the formalities of immigration and customs. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Amman, Overnight in Amman.

Day 2: Amman - Um Qais - Ajloun - Jerash - Amman

After breakfast, You will be transferred to visit Umm Qais, one of the most brilliant of the ancient Greco-Roman cities of the Decapolis. You will then continue to visit Ajloun castle, a military fort designed to protect the region against Crusaders invasions, built by a nephew of the legendary leader Saladin, in 1184/1185. Finally, you will be transferred to visit Jerash, where you will immerse yourself in the remains of the ancient Roman Empire. Jerash or Jarash is one of the worlds best-preserved ancient Roman sites. Jerash is believed to have been inhabited since the Neolithic Era. However, it is the impressive Roman city built in Jerash which has left its greatest mark on the area, becoming Jordans second most popular tourist site. Overnight in Amman.

Day 3: Amman - Madaba - Mount Nebo - Kerak - Petra

After having your breakfast, you will be transferred to visit Madaba the City of Mosaics and the Church of the Map is part of a floor mosaic in the early Byzantine church of Saint George in Madaba, Jordan. The Madaba Map depicts part of the Middle East and contains the oldest surviving original cartographic depiction of the Holy Land and especially Jerusalem. It dates to the sixth century CE. Then Continue to Mount Nebo where Moses spent his last moments before dying, you can imagine yourself at his place, observing the Promised Land. Then you will be transferred to Kerak where you will visit a Crusader fortress from the 12th century, rich of its numerous underground corridors and halls. At the end of the day, you will head to Petra. Overnight in Petra.

Day 4: Petra full day tour

After breakfast, spend the whole day in Petra that renowned as the most famous and exceptional site in Jordan. This ancient city is the legacy of the Nabateans, it was the capital of the Nabatean Kingdom. Accessed via a narrow canyon called Al Siq, it contains tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, earning its nickname, the Rose City. Perhaps its most famous structure is 45m-high Al Khazneh, a temple with an ornate, Greek-style facade, and known as The Treasury. This ancient city is the legacy of the Nabateans, an Arab people who settled in Jordan over 2000 years ago. Today, it is one of the 7 New Wonders in the World. There, you will admire the Khazneh, also called the Treasury, as well as the Amphitheatre, the Royal Tombs, the Monastery, and many other amazing buildings carved in the rocks. Overnight in Petra.

Day 5 : Petra - Beidah - Wadi Rum

After breakfast, you will discover Al-Beidah , the caravanserai of Petra, also known as the Little Petra. You will be transferred to the Valley of the Moon. Wadi Rum is the most impressive desert in the world and it gained its fame through its special link with British officer T.E Lawrence, often referred to as Lawrence of Arabia . There, you will have 2 hours 4x4 Jeep tour to explore one of the most extraordinary natural landscapes you will ever see, with its rocky mountains and its red sand. By late afternoon you will enter a Bedouin camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Wadi Rum full day - Aqaba

After breakfast, explore “The Valley of the Moon”. Wadi Rum is the most impressive desert in the world and it gained its fame through its special link with British officer T.E. Lawrence, often referred to as “Lawrence of Arabia”. You will meet there a team of Bedouins, who will guide you during an unforgettable experience. Then you will be transferred to Aqaba, Aqaba's strategic location at the north eastern tip of the Red Sea between the continents of Asia and Africa has made its port important over the course of thousands of years. Check into hotel at Aqaba. Overnight in Aqaba.

Day 7 : Aqaba - Amman

After breakfast, you will have free time for swimming and shopping in Aqaba that you can Stroll in Aqabas old town, it will give you plenty of impressions and experiences that you will enjoy, and you will love wandering through the streets of Aqabas center. Later get transferred to Amman. Overnight in Amman

Day 8: Amman - Departure

After enjoying your breakfast, our representative will accompany you to international airport of Amman and will assist you through the last administrative formalities for your final departure.
