Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board, near Dehradun city in the Dehradun district of the Indian state Uttarakhand. It is about 35 kilometres from the state capital of Dehradun and 290 km north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range. Mussoorie, the queen of hill stations, is famous for its scenic beauty, good social life and entertainment. The excellent climate makes it an attractive holiday resort. Thronged by holidayers, it vibrates with gaiety and merry making during the summer season. Surkanda Devi Temple, Dashavatar Temple, Deogarh Fort, Eco Parks, Potato Farms, Apple Orchard Resort, Tehri Dam, Dhanaulti Adventure Park, Kanatal Adventure Camp, Camp Thangdhar. Dhanaulti is a small town near Mussoorie, beautifully nestled amid the lofty Himalayan peaks. It can be a destination in itself, but it’s more of a serene pit stop for travellers heading for longer journeys or leisure Uttarakhand holiday. Thus, places to visit in Dhanaulti are not any grand attractions, but small and beautiful places that offer solitude and peace, close to nature.
On arrival pick up from Delhi and proceed toward Mussoorie, travel by Surface. En route visit Dehradun. On arrival in Mussoorie check in hotel. Evening free to explore the town and walk at Mall road. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. Today half day Sightseeing to Kempty Fall, after enjoying the water fall of Kempty comes back to Mussoorie evening explores local Mussoorie (Gun Hill, Lal tibba, and Camel’s back). Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast depart for a day excursion of Dhanaulti. which is 26 kms away from Mussoorie on Mussoorie - Chamba Road. Sightseeing of Dhanaulti. Dhanaulti is situated at an altitude of 2286 mts above sea level. Dhanaulti is the launching point for numerous treks into the snow - capped Himalayas. Evening back to Mussoorie. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning after breakfast check out and drive toward Delhi, on arrival transfer to Airport/Railway station to catch your pre booked Flight/Train.
